For me service when I need(usually within 2 weeks, no specific GP).
Telephone answered at reception whenever I have called.

Just the waiting times to go in to see the dr, can be waiting for ages.

I have commented in the past but there is almost never any verification in the waiting room.
Hence one has to sit amongst other patients many of whom are caughing.
Cold we please either
1)Have a big extractor fan or
2) Windows opened every day.
